Our story
Medical clinics are the front line of healthcare — and the phone is the front door.
Every day, real patients call to book a checkup, ask about a prescription, or get help for a child running a fever. And every day, those calls go unanswered: front desks are stretched, staff turnover is brutal, and the phone simply doesn't stop ringing.
We started Medini because we believe AI can finally do the one thing every clinic has been trying to solve for decades: answer every call, with care, in any language, around the clock — and hand it off cleanly to the people who do the actual medicine.
Our team is a mix of clinicians, healthcare operators, and engineers. We've worked inside busy practices, built compliance-grade software, and shipped voice AI at scale. We're building Medini for the clinics we wish we'd had on the other end of the line.
